If you are considering therapy it may be because you are ready for self-improvement, healing, and would like to live a fulfilling and meaningful life with deep connection to yourself and others. Therapy can be seen as a personal investment that may lead to emotional well-being, improvement in relationships, increase in income, and improvement in confidence, self-esteem and communication skills.

Change is possible through therapy, unfortunately, many times the commitment of time, financial resources and emotional vulnerability can steer individuals away from starting their healing journey. I work with individuals who are motivated to start their healing journey and ready to make a commitment.

My therapy approach will meet you where you are at. I am committed to being emotionally present, non-judgmental, and I welcome feedback to make the therapeutic process a positive experience. Whether you've been in therapy before or this is your first time, I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you as a skilled, non-judgmental and empathetic psychotherapist to help you achieve your personal goals for growth.


Time commitment

Sessions are 45-50 minutes, a minimum of once a week.


Financial Commitment

My session rates are the industry standard for New York City based on my level of training and experience.

Good Faith Estimate (Effective January 1, 2025)

Initial Intake Session: $275

Individual Session: $250

Health Plans Accepted:

Aetna, Lyra, Modern Health, and Spring Health

For those with other insurance providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. I’m happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits.

Sliding Scale & Accessibility
I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need, with priority given to undocumented individuals, DACA recipients, and others facing systemic barriers to care. If cost is a concern, please reach out—I'm committed to making therapy as accessible as possible.
