 Online Therapy

If you want therapy but life circumstances such as work hours, family commitments, traveling to my office in Manhattan is challenging, or you have other safety or health concerns, online therapy may be an option for you. Many of the individuals I work with have found that online therapy is both helpful and therapeutic.  All you need to get started is a private space, and a good internet connection.

I offer services through SimplePractice or Zoom, both are HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms.  It is accessible through your smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

Benefits of online therapy:

  • You can obtain the benefits of therapy such as new insights, coping skills, and experiencing a greater sense of well-being
